DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
A massage technique that focuses on the deep layers of your
muscle tissue. It is used to treat chronic or deep seated muscle
tension. It helps to release the chronic patterns of tension
through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction.
Myofacial release (where a gentle, sustained pressure is applied
to the areas of pain) may be used before treatment for extreme
tension. It then allows massage to be less painful and more
effective. Areas treated are specific to clients needs.
